The alt-right website The Daily Stormer proclaimed New Balance the “Official Shoes of White People.” Late Monday, New Balance said it “does not tolerate bigotry or hate in any form.”

SEC chair leaving with Obama

The head of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Mary Jo White, will leave office at the end of the Obama administration, the agency says. White was appointed by President Barack Obama in February 2013. Her term doesn’t end until 2019.
