Here are other local issues on Summit County ballots:
Bath Township: Renewal of a five-year, 1.4 mill levy for streets and bridges.
Boston Heights Village: Renewal of a five-year, 2.75 mill levy for streets and bridges.
Clinton: Renewal of a five-year, 3.75 mill fire and EMS levy.
Coventry Township: Renewal of a five-year, 0.95 mill levy for general expenses. Also, a proposed new five-year, 2.5 mill levy for road improvement.
Mogadore: A proposed charter amendment to provide that the clerk-treasurer be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by five members of the council, and eliminating the residency requirement.
Norton: A proposed charter amendment changing the requirements for how public notices are handled.
Richfield Township: Renewal and increase of a five-year, 3.3 mill levy for streets and bridges (involving a 2.3 mill existing levy and 1 mill additional).
Silver Lake: Three charter amendments that would have the mayor perform the duties of the public safety director; have the police chief make appointments of department personnel with the concurrence of the public safety director; and have all park board members appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the council.
Twinsburg: Two proposed zoning amendments that together would rezone 20 acres of city-owned land at state Route 91 and Glenwood Drive to allow single family cluster development.
Twinsburg Township: A new continuing 2.76 mill levy for streets and bridges.
