BARBERTON
Tech training at library
BARBERTON: The Barberton Public Library will offer expanded hours and evenings for one-on-one technology coaching sessions and outreach technology services.
The programs, funded by the state volunteerism effort called ServeOhio, will be guided by AmeriCorps member Melissa Powell.
Technology training can help with basic skills, including logging on to the computer, to more advanced areas such as Microsoft Office or the Cloud. Knowing these skills gives a person the ability to work independently.
To schedule a one-on-one technology training session or to make suggestions for new technology programs, call the library at 330-745-1194, ext. 1418.
