Small price to pay for a true taste of luxury
Most people, even dedicated wine lovers, can’t afford to blow big bucks on a single bottle of wine. But you can get a sip of $85-a-bottle luxury for only $25 at Regency in Fairlawn. From 6 to 9 p.m. the wine bar and shop will offer a “vertical tasting” of several different vintages of cabernet sauvignon from Andrew Geoffrey Vineyards in the Napa Valley, ranging from 2005 to 2012. It’s a great way to learn how weather affects a wine year by year, and what aging can do for it. Regency is at 115 Ghent Road, across from Summit Mall. www.regencywinesellers.com.
