The Cleveland Chinese Music Ensemble (above) performs a free concert at 2 p.m. at Hudson Library & Historical Society, 96 Library St., Hudson. “All Across the Nine Provinces” is a celebration of the Chinese New Year (the Year of the Rooster). Race to see drag queens
