BRIMFIELD TWP.: Developers are proposing to build a Menards home improvement store and Meijer store on the site of the Maplecrest Golf Club.
The township zoning commission recently rezoned the 120-acre golf course property from residential-office to general commercial and light industrial, the Tallmadge Express reports.
DeHoff Development and Lemon & Lemon Development are proposing the new project, the newspaper says. The family-owned golf course has closed.
